- The bell type tank and the corrugated shell increases the strength of tank with beautiful appearance.

- The core and tank are well fixed and well protected during transportation.

- Reasonable winding layout method, supported by the interior and exterior strips. High-tension cardboard cylinders between coils increase the short-circuit withstand capacity.

- Advanced workmanship is used, such as crimp welding technology phase-assembly technology for winding, and cardboard process, etc.

- To meet the client's needs, we can provide products of other voltage ratios, Vector Groups, and rated capacities, as listed in the table.

Power Transformers

Low loss: No-load losses is about 40% lower than that required in current national standard
Low noise level: <60dB, about 20dB lower than that required in the national standard
Low partial discharge: the full range process of 220kV product is dust-free operation; metal parts and insulation parts inside the transformer are all rounded.
High short-circuit capacity: the independently designed transformer of the Company has passed the short-circuit test.
Beautiful appearance: oil tank bending corrugated structure, shot blasting de-dusting, powder EFI paint, wide fin radiator, never fade in color.
No leakage: all seal with limit position and upper & lower tank edges are sealed along two channels; sealing gasket is imported. We solemnly commit no leakage of oil.
